1. Scope of Services

Tower Rush provides integrated design, engineering, consulting, and construction services for industrial facilities including warehouses, logistics hubs, production halls, and utility buildings. The specific nature, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in individual agreements or proposals agreed upon with each client.

All work will be executed in accordance with applicable laws and high industry standards, emphasizing BIM-led planning, a safety-first culture, and schedule certainty. Tower Rush reserves the right to update or alter its service offerings at any time.

2. Estimates and Proposals

Any project estimates or proposals issued by Tower Rush are provided as a guide only and do not constitute a binding offer unless and until a formal contract is executed. Estimates are based on current material prices, labor rates, and project scope assumptions at the time of issue.

• Variations in scope, timeline, or market conditions may require adjustment of provided estimates.
• All proposal documents remain confidential and must not be shared with third parties without written consent.

Tower Rush reserves the right to revise or withdraw any unaccepted proposal at any time before project commencement without liability.

3. Schedules, Delays, and Delivery

Tower Rush is committed to meeting agreed timelines and milestones, leveraging detailed planning and phased delivery approaches. However, all delivery dates are subject to adjustment for force majeure events, supply chain disruptions, regulatory delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Clients will be notified promptly of potential delays. Tower Rush shall not be liable for losses or indirect damages arising solely from schedule changes where such causes are outside our reasonable control.

• Project completion is contingent on fulfillment of client obligations, including timely approvals and site access.
• Any requested changes may require schedule renegotiation and cost adjustment.

4. Intellectual Property and Plans

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all design materials, drawings, reports, blueprints, and intellectual property generated by Tower Rush in connection with a project remain the exclusive property of Tower Rush until the client has fully fulfilled payment and contractual obligations.

• Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the intended facility and project purpose.
• Reuse, reproduction, or transfer of any designs or documents without explicit written consent is prohibited.

All intellectual property rights not explicitly granted remain reserved by Tower Rush.

5. Liability and Indemnity

Tower Rush exercises diligence in all work but cannot be held responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website, except as required by applicable law or separate contract.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, consents, and access as required for project delivery.
• Tower Rush’s liability, for any reason, is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant portion of services.

By using our website or contracting our services, you agree to indemnify Tower Rush and its affiliates from any third-party claims arising from your actions, omissions, or breach of these terms.

6. User Conduct and Website Use

Users are expected to use the Tower Rush website responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, attempts to gain unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or disrupt site operation.

• Do not attempt to collect or harvest any data from the site by automated means.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate others when communicating with Tower Rush.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate site access for violation of these terms at our sole discretion.

7. Amendments and Updates
